| 1:13.8 | going to have a bunch of changes coming out. |

| 1:21.3 | Well, some of the changes, I can't get in detail yet because they're not, they're, they're |
| 1:25.7 | solid ideas, but they haven't been implemented. |
| 1:28.2 | What I will tell you is moving into FY 23 that the, the prior service mission for recruiting |
| 1:34.4 | as a whole is basically doubling than what it has been in the past few FY's fiscal years. |
| 1:41.3 | Typically recruiting service is only taken in about 50 a year. |
| 1:44.7 | I know in our last podcast, we talked about that and how there would be exceptions for those |
