Hey everybody, welcome back to the ones ready podcast.

You're back in the team room and kind of like we already told you beforehand, you know,

we sent out a story on Instagram telling you that there are some updates to the prior

service kind of environment, if you will, and we have mass ardent gand back on for the

third or fourth time now to talk about prior service, cross training, sister service transfers

and all that kind of good stuff.

So right off the bat, welcome, thanks for coming back on.

I know that as you are soon going to be out of the seat, replaced with whoever we definitely

wanted to have you on one more time and we appreciate you being like willing to come

back on and especially give kind of an update to what is going on with prior service.

So what is going on?

I know you just got back or you just got out of kind of a summit, a prior service or not

a prior service, but like a special operations recruiting summit or something like that that's

going to have a bunch of changes coming out.

So let's start with that.

What happened there and what are some of the changes coming out?

Well, some of the changes, I can't get in detail yet because they're not, they're, they're

solid ideas, but they haven't been implemented.

What I will tell you is moving into FY 23 that the, the prior service mission for recruiting

as a whole is basically doubling than what it has been in the past few FY's fiscal years.

Typically recruiting service is only taken in about 50 a year.
