#434: Jessica is a Stanford-certified compassion teacher, an educator, a clinical nutritionist, and an author. She has over ten years of training in compassion-based reparenting and inner-child work that is a direct line into the root cause of an individual's relationship with food and disordered eating. In 2015 her book, “The Loving Diet,” was published - and was one of the first mind-body books supporting those with autoimmune diseases. Most of her professional time is now spent running her 8-week online group classes teaching self-compassion for disordered eating.
