Okay, so get this.

0:01.8

There's an AI study on 62 million workers over 285,000 companies or firms, and it shows

0:08.6

that relative junior hiring has dropped by 12% at AI adopters.

0:13.3

So I'm pulling up a graph for you all to see right now.

0:16.1

Okay.

0:17.1

What do you mean junior hiring?

0:19.1

Look, if you look at this graph over here, seniors mean like someone that's senior level higher. Oh, you're talking about like entry level. Yeah, yeah. Entry level hires like interns and things like that or people coming out of college, right? So you can see here, juniors over time, you can see the different quarters like 2023, 2020 and all that. After AI comes out around 2022, it starts a decrease over time.

0:38.9

And then in the blue here, seniors are still continuing to go up.

0:42.9

And so there's been a couple of these studies already.

0:45.5

We talked about the 70,000 Filipino study and how the recruiters, 72% of people or so,

0:51.2

they prefer the AI.

0:53.1

And so this just shows that the gap is getting

0:55.2

larger and large. And I just saw something the other day, we're on, I think it was CNBC, your favorite

0:59.7

channel, where they're talking about how it's actually going up the stack now. So it's not just

1:04.1

juniors anymore, but it's going up to seniors. And what I also think is interesting here is check

1:09.7

this out. So there's this U-shaped graph over here. This is Tier 1. Number one here is like a Harvard, for example, a Tier 1 college, okay? And then you have Tier 2 college, Tier 3, Tier 4, Tier 5. So 5 is like Tier 5 is like the lowest college, okay? So you can see for a Harvard type of deal, the Decreation juniors is less than the other ones.

1:27.7

Tier 2, 3, 4, it is significantly less versus, you know, tier 1 and tier 5.

1:33.7

So that's interesting to me because if you're a tier 5 college, for some reason you have the least

1:37.6

decreases and then Harvard would be the second or like a tier 1, like a Harvard would be like number

1:41.9

number 2.

1:43.1

So we're seeing a massive decrease.

1:45.6

Tier one colleges are seeing some decreases, but tier five is seeing the least amount.
