My thoughts, my words, my heart have power. I do not underestimate the power that I have to make a positive impact.

Who I am and what I do is enough to make a positive loving and powerful impact in this world.

I respect myself as I know that I am capable of

healing the world by my simple actions that I take daily.

I can activate my spiritual activism at any time that I choose.

Even when it doesn't feel like I can't do very much, I can't activate this loving healing energy.

I know that my thought energy, my loving consciousness, my heart center, they're all a powerful force. I choose to release distractions and activate my healing energy.

Every interaction that I have online or in person is a unique opportunity for me to choose empathy and to choose kindness even if the person on the other end

isn't acting the same way. I can always choose to be the love that I wish to see in the world.

I am a power of good. My energetic presence has the power to dismantle the hate in the world.

I am showing up with compassion. My heart is open. I am available and open to be a

source for those who need a shoulder to lean on, to cry on. I am

available and open to be universally and spiritually unbiased and to activate my highest capacity of loving understanding.

Spiritual activism is alive in me now and I'm putting it to work. I am in all of how our

light reaches the darkest places in the world. I am showing up at my highest capacity

for myself and for those around me. I am showing up with my light. I am showing up with love. I am open to all the healing energy within me and everyone else on the planet.

I have the power to express love in the world. I am choosing to show up with deep empathy. I give

my light where there is darkness.

If I ever notice myself taking a detour into fear,

I change lanes quickly and back into loving consciousness.

I release fear and I take action

from a place of confidence and love.
