I hope that you are getting ready to sleep better this week. In

Sleep is vital to your health and well-being.

Many people consider sleep as an option.

So if you have to work a little extra longer or you want to visit with a friend longer or you want to visit with a friend longer or you want to finish up some project. You might be likely to forego an hour or to finish up some project.

This is a mistake and it can cost you because when you sleep you allow your body and your organs to cleanse and your brain as well.
