changes rather than fear. This can be a lot of fear associated with change and so consider ways where you can be

excited about changes taking place and to embrace change. So let's get you started in an affirmation meditation. Every Monday I share a

meditation using an affirmation technique and we do this in a unique way we start off repeating

the affirmation and a loud voice really waking yourself up engaging your consciousness on many levels and then you will

repeat the affirmation in your natural speaking voice and then you will

you will whisper the affirmation and then you will repeat the affirmation

moving your lips without any sound coming out at all

and then you'll mentally without any sound coming out at all.

And then you'll mentally repeat the affirmation.

So we'll do a few rounds of this.

Doesn't take very long, but you will notice the difference. Pay close attention to how you feel after you repeat each
