In today's episode, you are going to discover an affirmation for your heart health to reduce stress and

is to start your day with confidence and peace and to end your day with closure on all the events that happened.

How do you do this?

Or one of the best ways is to repeat an affirmation.

Affirmations are simple ways you can focus your thoughts and when you repeat an affirmation the best way to do it is to make the affirmation short and simple and very targeted.

Otherwise you may not remember it and then you won't benefit from it.

If you could wake up in the morning and visualize what you are going to experience that day and visualize yourself going through the day successfully and even during the times of the day

you know maybe challenging for you. For example, maybe you're going to be running into someone

who seems to zap your energy. Well, if you could visualize yourself repeating the

affirmation and feeling calm. visualize yourself

doing that.

fully engage in visualizing that experience.

Then when you do go through this experience

chances are you're going to feel more confident and better prepared. This is a fantastic way to start. in and then as you end your day if you could review the main events of your day if you could

review the main events of your day and not engage your emotions fully into what may have happened, whether it was something exciting and joyful

or something that brought you down, maybe something that was upsetting, just notice what happened. Review your day in reverse.

And then repeat the affirmation and then go to sleep. You will find that this helps
