In today's guided meditation, today is a Monday and I always share an affirmation to start off your week on whatever theme we're exploring.

This week we are exploring the theme of productivity as it relates to your life in a way where you're

battling overwhelm and stress and distractions.

And to do this, we are using some ancient strategies

from Miamoto Musashi, who lived in Japan in the 1600s, and he was a famous samurai there.

He was completely self-taught and it's believed that he was

undefeated in battle. So he was a master samurai and he became a teacher in the later part of his life.

He spent the last few decades of his life writing down what it was that made him so successful at battling his opponent and

winning every time and it's very interesting because his tactics could be used against distraction and

overwhelm and stress that we experience today. and techniques every single day this week as you explore ways to become more productive and

that means battling your foes and your modern day foes have to do with anything that

robs you of your focus and your clarity and your clarity and energy and so today you're going to be repeating an affirmation

to help empower you as you face your week.
