Summary
In this episode we launch into a brand new meditation series on Managing Negative People. You'll be guided in a mediation to manage your reaction to negative people using a technique from former Roman Emperor, and Stoic thinker, Marcus Aurelius.
This is part 2 of a 7-Part Managing Negative People Meditation Series, Episodes 807-813.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
