0:12.4	This week, my guests are Abby Martin and Mike Prysner. Now, you probably know Abby from being on the show before, if you're a listener, or from her amazing RT series, breaking the set, and then after that, Empire Files, and also her work with Robbie Martin, her brother, who's also been on the show on Media Roots Radio.
0:32.7	Mike Prysner, Abby's partner, is working behind the scenes with Abby all the time and has more recently stepped
0:40.3	out in front of the camera as a strong and profound anti-imperialist voice coming from a military
0:47.0	background, having left the military and seen that it needs to be completely gotten rid of
0:54.0	and imperialist wars need to end.
0:56.6	So Mike is a very welcome addition to my talks with Abby.
1:01.6	This is the third time she's been on the show,
1:03.1	and I'm so excited that Mike was on this time.
1:05.9	This episode is really special,
1:07.9	because what I realized about Mike and Abby is that they seem to get it
1:13.6	right all the time when it comes to approaching the world politically. And I was really interested
1:18.6	in how they kept doing that time and time again, why it was that everybody else who's
1:26.6	in the media seems to screw up this or that story. But then I realized that it was that everybody else who's in the media seems to screw up this or that story.
1:30.0	But then I realized that it was because Abby and Mike have some quality for approaching the
1:36.4	world, for seeing the world, for having a specific perspective that keeps them aligned with
1:42.0	some deep morality, some deep ethics, and really keyed into the truth,
1:48.5	and doing what's right as far as human rights goes and creating a better world.

1:56.5	So what I did with Abby and Mike was it and break it down that worldview into pieces that
