about yourself and what you do?

Yeah. So by day, I'm an internal communications and change management specialist at Google,

supporting the staffing organization. By night and weekend, I'm a podcaster. I help people navigate

careers and personal finance over at Paychecks and Balances.

And, you know, I've been in the podcast game for about seven years now.

And I was telling you before the show that today marks one year in my change management and internal communications position.

So it's also a monumental occasion, even though we're also in some
