act together and decided to make some permanent changes, changing my actual lifestyle, my actual

routines, my actual habits so that weight loss would not only happen, it would remain a lasting result in my life.

Now, community is a massive part of what shapes us as individuals. Peer pressure is a thing.

You're going to feel the effects of a community on you. It will affect your choices. I guarantee

you it does. If you just look to your life right now, you already can see that that's true.

And so if your community has an impact on you and you're overweight,

is it possible that your community was contributing to that in some way? Was there peer pressure

to eat? And there otherwise didn't need to be peer pressure to eat. You know, this is an example
