Welcome, everyone, Dr. Mercola, helping you take control of your health and today we are joined by my personal dentist Dr.

Carlo and he is outside of Tampa and as we're called St. Petersburg and we of It's really nice. I understand and he is able to meet with us today because it's where a hurricane has just shifted,

literally probably an hour or two prior to this, you have to where he lives now.

And I'm on the other side of the state, so it escaped me by a long shot.

So let me give you a little history,

how we first connected, was right around the beginning of the COVID

pandemic. It was I believe 2020 maybe March somewhere in that time frame.

I had just gotten back from a retreat in Mexico, a health retreat,

and they did some diagnostic work there,

which included a dental evaluation.

I, to my shock and surprise, I had a dental abscess that needed remediation, dental surgery.

And when I returned from that clinic it basically the entire country

shut down that week. Everything was shut down and closed and so I was in a dilemma I really didn't know where to go.

He really couldn't fly that far.

Because I think, I think even though, I can't but it was a it was a radical restriction in
