0:48.9	pH refers to potential hydrogen, also known as the hydrogen ion concentration of soil,
0:56.0	it is a measure of the acidity level of soil.
1:00.0	The scale ranges from 1 to 14.
1:03.0	Now it is not a linear scale.
1:05.0	It is logarithmic.
1:07.0	A soil with a pH of 6 is 10 times more acidic
1:12.0	than a soil with a pH of 7.
1:15.0	pH neutral is considered 7.0.
