It is a fantastic, fantastic green that's been grown since 7th century China if not even longer than that.

So let's figure out how to grow it.

If you are in a warm zone, just avoid growing it in the summer.

It really doesn't like warm temperatures.

It's going to throw up a bolt, it's going to try to go to seed,

and so again, that makes it a spring and fall crop if you are in a

warm zone like I'm I am I just avoid growing it in summer and I grow spring or late winter

I'll start one and then I might even grow one or two crops worth of it maybe even
