| 1:17.6 | non-negotiables that we need to get done. But we don't realize in that exercise |

| 1:24.0 | done today you're making an active decision about the five other things that you don't want to get done today. |
| 1:29.6 | That's subtraction that is an action we're just not oftentimes cognizant of that action. |
