on the cruise right now as you're listening to this but we decided to pre-record

something just so as not to interrupt the flow of episodes.

And or your suntan weekend or right I won't have any time of course to do something as

as pedestrian as a podcast while I'm handing.

So, anyway, we've got an interview today

with David Clark, who is an ultra runner

it sounds like he's done a lot of ultra running stuff since then he he used the journey to run the level 100 as part of a recovery from addiction and a super low point in his life.

Not unlike our friend Rich Roll's story, it seems like, happened that David,

although I don't think this is like a part of David's story, the way it is a part of Rich's story.
