How often do you exercise?
Does it surprise you to learn that 3 out of 4 of us humans don't exercise at all, at least not on a regular basis?
I'm sure draconian government interventions that outlawed group exercise, shuttered gyms and small businesses and all of that, certainly didn't help matters or our trajectory overall.
