In a culture that seems to thrive on your being burnt out, how do you fight back? Can you? I sat down with my old friend Adam Hart this week to cover exactly that. Many of Adam's clients compare his work to a finding the “Fountain of Youth” as they regularly break free from self sabotage, fatigue and unhealthy behaviours that they have been stuck in for you years. Adam specializes in helping people ignite their full potential by unlocking themselves from patterns of stress and anxiety and begin to master the mindset necessary for living a fulfilled and purposeful life. All right, team, welcome to the man talk show. I'm Connor Beaton. And joining me today is Adam Hart, who I have actually known for a little over a decade now, I think. I've known him for quite a long time.

I met him when I was working in my previous life and career with Apple.

But let me tell you a little bit about Adam.

So Adam is a former pre-diabetic overweight couch potato, self-described,

turned mountain biking athlete and bestselling author.

He learned how to upgrade his body's ability to self-heal, eliminating food allergies, daily anxiety, ADHD, and asthma, and now enjoys a life of freedom and teaches others how to do the same.

So there's many things that I can say about Adam.

He's got a BA in sociology.

He's written a book. He's got a BA in sociology. He's written a book.

He's done some absolutely amazing work.

But one of the reasons why I wanted to have him on the show today was to talk about the

importance of presence and being able to develop regulation and grounding in a time of

is vying for our attention and how do we actually carve out meaningful lives? Adam has spent

many years building a life that he enjoys and that he finds value in and for him to be able to prioritize being present
