You think of a motion, you think you either have to suppress it or you have to embrace it.

And I think there's a way in which you can experience it internally,

but you don't have to express it externally.

We think through it, we process it.

And then we insane and do what we intend to do, not what we are doing in terms of reaction.

And I think like if you control your emotions, you're very powerful.

You're controlled by your emotions. You're not as powerful.
