He's just won silver in the World Championships in Doha for the 4x100 metre relay.

It is the one and only Adam Jamili.

Hello. Hello there. I looked stuff up to give you this

big intro and you have just run since you were like what 16, 17, 17, 18 continuously. Yeah.

That's all you've done. Literally I've been non-stop every year like it's another thing and another

thing and another thing. I've been very fortunate. I've been to a lot of championships

and got a lot of experience sort of at a young age.

And, yeah, I can't complain.

And hopefully here's to the next, whatever, 10 years of running

before I go and get a normal job and retire.

And yeah, so it's been cool.

When you look at your bag, there's just lots of like silver, gold, little kind of awards down the side.

I thought, oh, nice.

Oh, thanks.

Nice little collection going on there.

Need to get some more.

Hopefully the Olympics next year, that would be nice.
