with you something today that I think isn't talked about that often but has meaning and

when I'm conscious of this I feel really pleased and at peace and as if I'm a regret

proofing my life. If you're in self-coaching

society already you'll know that we speak about regret proofing a lot and it's a

small thing that I feel pays big dividends.

This episode I was like, oh, I call it.

But the message that I really most want to impart here is that actually yes it is special.

Now what do I mean by that? So Heath and I were recently in Italy, were in Italy in November, and I packed a few different outfits, right, as you can imagine, going from a warm Miami existence to a cooler, you know Italian winter. I naturally had to

kind of pack and plan different outfits because the type of clothes I can

wear in Italy I don't really wear here.

They just don't suit the climate.

So I've got my rent and runway items, planned a couple things ahead of time

because it's proven my friends that we enjoy the

the preparation the anticipation of a vacation often as much if not more in some

cases than the vacation itself. So fun tip there plan ahead like have some visions in mind of what you'd like to be
