1:40.7	So it must be the most progressive ever, right? If four out of the six
1:45.8	DSA affiliated older people voted for the budget, it's got to be progressive.
1:50.5	But how can a city budget that actually increases the amount of money
1:54.8	spent on police be seen in any way as progressive, especially in light of
2:01.0	last summer's 20-20s massive protests here in Chicago against the police.
