Let's get to it. Standing is amazing. And it's so simple. You know, a long time ago, people said that sitting was the new smoking, and then cell phones were the new sitting,

and there's just all kinds of ways to identify what the next and latest, greatest way is to

enhance your life or break a bad habit or become a new person.

And one thing that has been true forever and will be true forever is that the obvious

stuff is obvious. In other words, if you're not moving enough, moving your body more is

effective. It really is that simple. We know these things. The question is why don't we do them?

This is always the question about productivity

in general is usually not the information. It's the execution. That's the piece we're always missing.

We know what to do. We know to eat healthy food. We know to move our bodies more. We know we should

invest for the future and make smart choices and avoid

distraction. It's all great on paper, but we're human. We make mistakes. We have tendencies and we just

we want what we want in the moment. And oftentimes that does not correlate to a better future.
