Summary
Do you find that external things are affecting how you live and lowering your vibration?
If we are all energy, then that energy will adjust to the frequency of our surrounds if we are not in complete control of it. Many times we find ourselves believing and living as what others see us as. But if we can get right with-in, then the outer world will reflect that.
Our daily actions should be that of what our best self would do. The version of yourself that you admire and aspire to be has daily habits that they do. So we need to make sure we adopt those habits now. The saying "dress for the job you want, not the one you have" applies to how we live our life.
Raise your daily actions and learn to love the process. The process will never end and is how you control your vibration. Your vibration will attract what it matches!
