Summary

Liz Roth, an interior designer and LA native, revisited her passion for baking while stuck at home last year. She baked her favs, and left them on her doorstep for friends to grab if they wanted a sweet treat. Not long after, she figured selling her baked goods was a great way to raise money for charity during this tough time, so she spent most of her days baking her now very famous olive oil cakes from her home kitchen. Within a matter of weeks, Kim Kardashian was posting her love Liz’s creation and BOOM - a business was born. Liz and I discuss what it’s like going from a very private life to a very public one, scaling a business overnight, dealing with negativity and how the hell she makes these cakes to light and delicious. Enjoy!
