Gina, for having us. Yeah, thank you for having us. excited to be here. And listen, we were talking

earlier before we started recording. And I asked you a question, I really want you to share with the

audience, why write the book? It's a labor of love. You guys spend thousands of dollars,

years of your life, throwing out copies in the garbage, getting editors. What was the real

reason you wrote the book? What did you want to accomplish with this book? So we scaled our

portfolio very fast. and people asked us all the time,

how did you do it? And we said, oh, we used the birth strategy, but we scaled it using systems,

processes and teams using this framework that we've developed. And everybody asked us like, what do you mean? What's that?

What does that mean? What is...

And it was so hard to communicate all of the systems and processes that we used in a very short time.

So we said, eventually we said, all right, we need to write a book so we can communicate this because there's so much that goes into it.

And we want to help people get access to that.
