And just on that quick note, you know, resilient, being resilient is wonderful and it's important to be able to be to blend and be flexible and to adjust to whatever the demands are

but not at the cost of being tough and hard and having a tough underbelly at the same time.

And so that balance between the two is strikingly challenging to experience.
