Yeah, so I'm back in therapy, which is a new thing considering my last one ghosted me so this is you

know the longest relationship I've ever had.

Congratulations! Yeah shout out Amy love you girl and we're approaching therapy a little bit

differently in the past and not just in the sense

that both of us are actually showing up we're actually taking a different approach

in terms of the things I'm going to be focusing on in 2024 and so I'm really glad

that I've I kicked it off before the new year

going to therapy and stuff because now I feel like I'm entering this year with a

game plan and there really is such good energy surrounding 2024 because it started on a Monday and to me that's just really satisfying in the sense that I just feel like this is this this is a fresh start for everybody.

I feel like 2024 we're pressing the reset button on life and when I was in therapy over break you know I was talking to her about all these different things I was going through and I kind of started doing
