0:26.0 | I bet it's a lot more than that, but 22% of us are checking our devices every few minutes while over half look at their phone a few times per hour. |

0:40.0 | And for those of you who are more artistically inclined and I know there are a lot of you musicians and artists of all sorts of different types and creators, you know that uninterrupted work time is absolutely precious. |
