| 0:24.0 | And as you've explored throughout this week's series, you also realize that you probably will carry with you some things from |
| 0:32.1 | the previous year that maybe you'd rather let go of. And you will let go of these things but it can take some time |
| 0:42.6 | it's not as though because it's a new year you'll instantly reprogram yourself and with this in |
| 0:51.0 | mind you're going to be in a better state to ease yourself into the new year |
| 0:59.1 | because you'll have such a better perspective about what embarking on something new is really |

| 1:07.9 | And as I shared with you, one of the main reasons why people feel hopeless or feel as |
| 1:15.3 | so they can't really achieve their goals is because they find that it's hard to let go of habits |
| 1:24.2 | or thoughts that they still carry with them. |

| 1:31.0 | They give up sometimes before they even start to see any progress and to reach that state |

| 1:40.5 | The best way, in fact, to get rid of these negative thoughts or negative influences in your life |
