Summary

Stepping into a new year often brings a mix of excitement and uncertainty. This meditation helps you navigate this transition with greater ease and presence. By anchoring yourself in the present moment through breathwork and mindful awareness, you'll cultivate a sense of inner stability and trust in the unfolding of life. This practice allows you to embrace the unknown with an open heart and a peaceful mind.

This is a BONUS 7-day meditation series offering you a longer, guided meditation. These are the same meditations I share daily on the Sip and Om meditation app that you can access for an entire week free. Enjoy!

I honor you for going through this week's series, this first week of a brand new year.

0:15.9

You are launching into something fresh and new for yourself.

0:24.0

And as you've explored throughout this week's series, you also realize that you probably will carry with you some things from

0:32.1

the previous year that maybe you'd rather let go of. And you will let go of these things but it can take some time

0:42.6

it's not as though because it's a new year you'll instantly reprogram yourself and with this in

0:51.0

mind you're going to be in a better state to ease yourself into the new year

0:59.1

because you'll have such a better perspective about what embarking on something new is really

1:40.5

The best way, in fact, to get rid of these negative thoughts or negative influences in your life
