Summary

This is the nightmare scenario: incurring all the policy and political liabilities of GOP control while all the initial promises — from the DOGE and health care reform to immigration restriction and American jobs — are disintegrating. One of the big reasons why we are failing on immigration is because we refuse to fight the premise of judicial supremacism. We’re joined today by Mat Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel, for a discussion about recent egregious court cases shredding our biblical and constitutional values. Mat is defending a mother in Maine after a state court ordered her daughter, at the behest of the girl’s father, to divest from all contact with church or religious material. Mat also discusses how even the conservative judges are extremely political and refused to overturn Obergefell in the Kim Davis case. He believes that states need to force the issue by directly contradicting Obergefell in the same way they did with abortion. Finally, we discuss how the only authority of courts comes from the respect of the people and the other branches. 1:08.1	that we are getting all of the negatives of this presidency, of this iteration of the Republican Party, of this presentation of the American right, which doesn't even know what it believes in, and we get none of the positives, at least not in an enduring way, but then we get blamed, and
1:27.7	then the Democrats are just beginning to win.
1:30.4	They're going to win and win and win.
1:32.2	And what are we left with?
1:34.3	Rhinos in the primaries, corporatist Republicans, and then this bizarre online right that now
1:41.7	has been completely exposed as a foreign operation.
1:47.9	So I want to talk about that sharia, the creeping Sharia in America that's taking over,
1:56.5	that we distracted from all year with this online right focused on the Jews and Israel all year
