It just occurred to me as I was getting ready to walk this morning.

Yesterday afternoon, last night, I don't know how else to put it.

And I was feeling that way yesterday. And this morning, as I was leaving the house, it occurred to me that yesterday,

Ava and I didn't walk together.

Usually we take at least one walk.

Often it's two walks, sometimes even three walks together,

throughout the day because I work from home,

I have the flexibility to take a break and go for a walk and there are times early afternoon

Ava will say to me or I'll say to Ava, hey, let's go for a walk and we'll walk around the block

and sometimes there's another walk later in the afternoon, a little bit longer, and then almost always

there's a walk after dinner, which tends to be our longest walk.

Well, for whatever reason, the schedule didn't quite mesh so that we could take a walk

during the day, and then Ava had a commitment last night and she left right after dinner

and wasn't home until late. And so we didn't walk. And it just occurred to me today that
