Summary
We can all power through with lack of sleep. We've all had days when we're dragging and going through the motions regardless of how little sleep we got. However, I think we've done ourselves a huge and dangerous disservice by thinking of sleep as primarily related to energy. It's a lot more - for us and for our kids. Remarkably, our bodies are built to heal themselves. They're designed to neutralize and eliminate harmful pathogens and prevent the proliferation of unhealthy cells. That machinery largely functions while we're asleep - and while we're in deep, restorative phases of sleep.

| 1:58.5 | she was saying the same is true for her, if I don't get enough sleep, I am more hungry, |
| 2:04.2 | I have more cravings, I have way less motivation and way less give a care. If I am tired, I am |
| 2:12.1 | so much more likely to say, doesn't matter, what's the point? I need to just get through |
