And the steps we took to get to this point are sometimes kind of hard to describe, as you'll see through our interview.

She wears a lot of hats, author, podcast hosts, as I said, social commenter, and even doormat mogul.

The list really goes on.

When my wife Sally first introduced me to Kate Kennedy,

it wasn't that I didn't know what to think, but you know, whenever someone recommends something to you,

you don't always take them seriously from the get-go.

But once I started following Kate on Instagram, I knew exactly why Sally thought that she would not only be a good person for me to follow,

but an even better person to have on the Sunday Scariest Podcast.
