For the next 15 minutes, I want to go step by step and teach someone how they could wholesale their first deal on the MLS.

Easy. Step one, if someone wants to wholesale off the MLS, what do they do?

So quick question. When you're saying, so what I was curious about is when you say off the

MLS do you mean specifically the strategy that I just said with submitting lowball offers

on MLS or are you referring to just any method that's like free such as like calling realtors

texting realtors because let's do calling and texting realtors okay that's that's been

working for me so I know it works. Yeah that's been working super well for us.

So here's essentially what you got to do.

So number one, you got to go get a list of realtors.

I recommend you pick a market.

I'm sure, you know, we could talk about for we could talk forever about

how to pick a market but just pick a market and then go download a list of every

single realtor in that market a couple ways to get. Number one, my favorite way is to go on the

MLS and just download a list of every single realtor in your market, just straight off of the

MLS. From there, you're going to want to upload that list to a dialer.

A dialer is a system that calls multiple people at once. So you just put your headset on,

you click dial on the computer and the thing just starts calling

So I use ready mode and it calls three people at once so it'll ring three different lines and then when someone one person answers it'll stop ringing the other two people.

So it helps you make more calls and like a less, you know, it's more efficient.

So you're going to want to just start making calls and if you don't know what to say I'll even include like
