Happy second day of the year, everybody. And it's time for our final practice of this week. Wow,

I hope you had a beautiful, beautiful first day of the year and that you woke up this morning

just feeling good in your body, in your mind, in your soul, in your home. I don't know

if you get where I'm going. Those were all hints. We did some work last week around setting specific

goals in the different areas of our life. So the area of home, of body, of mind, and of soul.

Today, since it's January 2nd, we are, you know, we're not at work, we're not back into any kind of routine. We're just chilling. It's a beautiful time to be alive, but we might not

feel very structured or organized and we don't have to.

But I thought it would feel nice since it's the second day of the year to take a tiny little

step today to explore one of the goals that we set for ourselves last week. So that means you're

going to pick the one that feels closest

to you right now. If it's mine, so the area of your work or your studies or your money,

if it's homes, your home life, your family, your soul, your spiritual practice, your self-care

practices, or your body. So your body, your health and your wellness. You're going to pick

one of those. So just one goal.

Not all four. One. And just explore it a little bit. I'm not saying you have to write a 10-step plan to

complete that thing by next week. No. Open up that goal. Sit with it for a second. Almost like you're

kind of unwrapping it like it's a piece of chocolate,

taste it, smell it, touch it, feel it. What does that goal feel like to you today? And what is

something you can explore to just kind of inch yourself, half an inch closer to it? Is there a little something that you could sit down and

just brainstorm for a second? Or could you take it to your journal and just write one page about what

this goal actually represents to you in your life or like a little bit of research you could do
