| 1:12.8 | year where you see more new gym memberships or people subscribing to new ideas and new plans |
| 1:19.6 | for changing their lives. And of course, I love intention setting and I love doing that sacred work |

| 1:28.4 | But there is something about that new year, new me energy that I find really exhausting and really |
| 1:35.2 | tiring. And I don't really want to be told that I'm not good enough. And there's no other week |
| 1:41.5 | of the year that I am told that more times in a day than the first |
| 1:45.9 | week of January. Everywhere we look all across social media and the news and even in conversation, |
| 1:52.8 | society is telling us right now that we need to be improved. We need to be better. We need to look |
| 1:57.8 | different and act different and be thinner and be fitter and change who we are |
| 2:04.6 | at our core. New Year, New Me, right? And I really want to counter that. I want to call bullshit on that. |
