As you know, we are talking about pleasure this week and exploring how we relate to pleasure

and finding new and exciting ways to allow ourselves pleasure in the day today. Today, I want to take a

moment to tune into what our body needs, giving ourselves just a little bit of space to soften and to

land and to breathe so that we can connect with what kind of pleasure we're actually able to reach for today.

So yes, there are big and amazing pleasurable things and things that make us feel good

that we want to do that are complicated or that take time or that require money or that require

different kinds of resources or support or planning.

But there are also pleasures, little pleasures in the day to day that we can actually reach for now.
