silence. So two days ago was Thanksgiving here in the States and during this time the theme of gratitude is always alive and well.

And for some of us gratitude might come easily depending on who we are and even the stage in our life that we're

at or what we're going through. There might be a lot that we can feel gratitude

toward and others of us gratitude might be difficult. It might be hard for us to conjure up

things or people or relationships that we feel gratitude toward, especially if

we're going through something difficult.

So if you find yourself struggling with gratitude,

don't force it.

Just wait till the next time you're in the bathroom

and start your gratitude list with toilet paper.

Why toilet paper?

Well, have you ever been in the bathroom

and not had toilet paper?

It's a pretty rough experience.

Heart starts beating fast, not sure what to do,

you have to get creative and end up using a paper towel,

which is never a good idea.

All of this assuming that you use toilet paper, maybe you use a bidet.
