sleep and getting Billy Good Rest. And today I want to give you an actionable practice to do.

Today, I want you to figure out one thing that you want to remove from your current sleep situation and one

thing you want to add. Okay, so we're keeping it simple. One thing you want to remove. So something

you want to not do. And I want you to commit to giving that a try throughout the rest of this

weekend. So something that you know isn't so great

for your sleep that you can actually remove from your day. Whether that is scrolling on your phone

all the way until the last moment of the day or sitting in front of the TV or having really bright

lights on in the house or maybe it's eating

really late. Sometimes that doesn't make us sleep so well. Or perhaps you're keeping the temperature

in your room really hot or you're engaging in some kind of drama or gossip or something that

sort of raises your pulse a little bit right before bed. What is something that you could stop doing or something that sort of raises your polls a little bit right before bed.

It could also be clutter inside of the bedroom that maybe you want to remove.

If it's a habit or a person you're connecting with or something you're going to physically remove
