Rompod Run Club, I thought it would just be appropriate to send a little thank you to you for listening

to Rumpod in 2021. I mean, it has been a challenging year with all the restrictions, but the running community has

stayed strong. We have continued to lace up and head on out there, running when we can,

clocking up more miles than ever, and chasing that runners high. In terms of Run Pod, it's been a

brilliant year for guests. Over the last 12 months, we've had ultra-runners, dancers, dancers, designers, doctors, trainers, CEOs, presenters, comedians and Olympians.

From the brilliant Rob Pope, the real-life Forrest Gump, who ran across America several times,

to new runners, Suzanne Shaw and Lucy Spraggan, who have both really been bitten by the run bug,
