Summary

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being here. After nearly ten years of this podcast, I took a brief pause over the past several months. I’m happy to share that I’m back.

New episodes will begin dropping after the first of the year. Over the next week or two, I’ll also be updating the feed with remastered versions of past favorites — along with the return of older meditations that many of you have missed.

Hi, this is Shell and I just wanted to pop in and say thank you. Over the past few months,

I've received so many emails and messages asking if or when, I'll be releasing new episodes

of the meditation minis again. And I want you to know how much that means to me truly. This show

has been a part of my life for over 10 years now. And while I did take a break

over the past several months, I'm really excited to be coming back soon. You're going to be

noticing some changes in the format and the feed, and that's intentional. Over the next week or two,

I'll be replacing the existing episodes with remastered and ad-free versions of the same meditations you know

and love for a cleaner, more soothing listening experience.

Historically, I've kept the feed to only the most recent 70 episodes so it would never
