I hope you're feeling really good. I hope you have moved your body today, or if you haven't, that you've made the time and actually will get to moving at some point today. We are dedicating this entire week to movement and figuring out what those subtle and sometimes drastic changes that we experience inside after moving our bodies actually are. On Wednesdays, we normally have either a gratitude

practice or a little meditation practice. And what I wanted to offer today is just a short

practice to anchor into after you have moved your body. So as usual, you are choosing

what kind of movement you want to anchor into if it's a little bit of a walk or if it's trying a

new exercise class or doing something you've never tried or going to the gym, however you are

moving to find a moment of silence afterwards.

And this is such an important practice to actually come to once in a while.

We do it every time we practice yoga at the end of our physical practice,

we have that moment of nothing, that moment of silence, a place to let everything that we've

moved through digest and be processed.

And it's a really important part of our asana practice that we settle into shavasana by the end.
