How much protein is needed to gain muscle? (28:05) Vinnie clarifies and addresses the myth of the "30-minute window". Taking in extra protein is not how you gain muscle. Your body is going to use what it needs to fuel, so extra will not necessarily do more. Flooding your cells thinking your body is going to absorb more doesn't work, despite what the bro-science guys will tell you. What are Vinnie's thoughts on pills to increase testosterone? (33:30) Vinnie shares his viewpoints, and Anna has a recommendation for women. How can you get enough protein when meat is expensive? (38:00) He suggests varieties of protein, which is best, and where you are being misled. You can also just find cheaper cuts of meat. How many "sets to failure" for weight-lifting are necessary? (44:30) Vinnie suggests the best ways to do this. There is a question about bloodwork, protein, and BUN levels, but it's a medical question, so ask your doctor (48:30) Specific exercises for visceral fat?
