Hi everybody, I'm here just briefly to tell you I have not forgotten about you for the first time in I don't know how many years

I wasn't able to release my podcast episode on schedule It's been a crazy abundance filled March and

hard as I tried I wasn't able to write this week's episode. So I will be back on

Sunday March 29th and the podcast will resume its regular bi-weekly schedule from that date.

So I just wanted to tell you that.

I have been traveling a lot, which is the reason I haven't been able to write the podcast.

First I was in LA at the Natural Foods Expo which was amazing.

It's the largest trade show that happens every year featuring organic and vegan products and

Some are new some are tried and true, but all the companies that we know and love are there

And it's just an amazing event and I partnered with Follow Your

Heart to sign books at their table on Friday and Saturday of the event and I had the

pleasure of meeting their founder and their employees and it's just so lovely everyone who works

for Follow Your Heart is just in love with working for the company and it was so

lovely to see it's like one big happy family and it was really lovely.

They released their new cheeses, which are really fantastic.
