Today's 10-minute walk happening under clear skies here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

It's another early morning walk for me, and I don't even have early daylight yet, much less

sunrise, but I can see stars above and the temperature later

this afternoon expected to be a little bit above normal the other day

Ava and I were going out for our after-dinner walk which we tend to walk a certain

route just about every night.

Every now and then we'll change it up a little bit.

But on this particular night, Ava was, wasn't feeling the love for our usual route.

So on the spot, we created a brand new route that we've never walked before

when a different way actually explored a little bit of our community when we did that and it kind of freshened it up.

And that is one way if you walk every single day consistently, day after day, and you start feeling, I just need to do something different. There are ways to change

it up. Certainly one of the easiest ways if you have the opportunity is to change up where you walk.

Kind of like Abe and I did the other night. You can change up when you walk. I mean, I have found

that walking in the morning is really different from walking later in the afternoon.

Just the different sun angle and the whole vibe feels different.

The scenery may not. Actually, the scenery does change because of the lighting changing.

So that's one way to change it up.

What you do while you're walking, what you're listening to,
