Welcome to a new era of she. I am so excited to get to share this new and improved version of the show with you. I have been wanting to do this for a long time. It was well past time. And so taking a break took about a half a year off to really revamp and rethink and recreate and reimagine what this show could be. And now we're here. And I get to share it with you. And it is so exciting. So I want to share just a little bit about the background of the show, the why the break, and what you can expect going forward, whether you're brand new to the show and have no idea what any of the past episodes were even like. Or if you've been a longtime listener and been here for years, there's a lot that's

going to feel really familiar and similar and a lot that's going to feel new and exciting.

So I just want to take a few minutes to give you that quick rundown of what you can expect.

And then we're going to just full steam ahead into this brand new version of the Shee podcast.

In case you're maybe a new listener or haven't listened in a while and have to get caught up.

I started this podcast in 2018,

which means it's been almost seven years since I started. So I was in my like early mid-20s when

I started this show. It was before I ever tried to have a family. I mean, I was pretty much a

newlywed. I had only been married for a couple years early in my career too. And so over the

last seven years, so much has happened.

Not only in my life as a host and, you know, the creator of the show, but just in the world.

In general, we all walk through the COVID stuff. We've walked through various just cultural

things and shifts that have happened since that time. And, you know, naturally, as I hosted

the show from 2018, all the way to end of

2024, really, it just naturally evolved. You know, the topics we talked about grew and evolved

with what was feeling the most relevant for my community, the feedback I was hearing from

many of you, but also in my own life and as I grew and started walking through different

challenges in life, suffering and fertility stuff and family and pregnancies and all of the
