than in the Psalm of the Scriptures. Now, we were in Psalm 1 last time, but I want you to come

with me to Psalm 119 today. What an amazing Psalm this is. Our son just asked me the other day, he said,

Dad, have you ever preached through Psalm 119? And I said to him, certainly not at one time.

Nobody would want that. It's an amazing Psalm, but it's 176 verses long. And it is the Psalm of the Word.

As a matter of fact, 174 out of the 176 verses in some definite way refer to the scriptures, to God's truth. And I would challenge you to read and meditate

in it. It's a Hebrew acrostic. And right in the middle of this Psalm, in Psalm 119, verse number 97, we read

these words. Oh, how love I thy law. It is my meditation all the day.

Thou, through thy commandments, has made me wiser than mine enemies, for they are ever with me.

I have more understanding than all my teachers, for thy testimonies are my meditation.

more than a rut, more than the monotony, more than just this system that we're in. It opens it up to us.
