Summary

It’s really the mundane moments that make up the majority of our lives. That’s why it’s so important to savor those moments - to slow down and enjoy them as much as we can. For today’s self-care practice, you are going to take a regular moment in your life and turn it into something special. Rachel will share some examples, from your morning coffee, to lunch in the afternoon, or that walk you take in the evening. Tune in to begin.
